2013 Edition
This edition of the California Legal Studies Journal marks the first edition published since 2010 and the first year that the Berkeley Legal Studies Association took over as an oversight organization. There is no theme for this edition of the journal, only the hope that the articles within provide a diverse array of reading material on pertinent legal topics.
